Graduation from High Potential Training Course

At Frauenthal Automotive, this special development course promotes employees who have no leadership experience under their belt but come with a high potential in specialised and project management.Participants have now graduated from the internal High-Potential Program.

The graduation ceremony for participants of the High Potential Program (HiPo for short) was held on April 10 in Vienna.
This programme, which is taught in English and runs for almost a full year, consists of six modules and covers topics such as lateral leadership, self-management, communication or project management. The knowledge and skills that are conveyed can be put to immediate, practical use. This training course, which is in its second generation, was completed by eleven participants from all divisions of Frauenthal Group, six of them from the Frauenthal Automotive division. Bernd Allmer, Vice President of Human Resources, has the following to say with regard to the objectives of the HiPo programme: "We are constantly looking out for the best talents amongst our employees. Our strategy is to fill most positions with internal staff and that is why we promote personal growth and responsibility."

Company-related project work
As a key aspect of the programme, hands-on, company-related projects are developed in the course of HiPo. These project were presented to the management in the course of the graduation ceremony. One of these 3 projects is dedicated to a specific market research theme in the automotive sector. Plans for the next HiPo course are already underway.
